About

About the Project

Fragmented governance, limited dialogue among stakeholders, and misalignment between national and subnational policies hinder coordinated implementation of the Common Maritime Agenda for the Black Sea priorities and sustainable Blue Economy development in the Black Sea Region.

The BlueDial project establishes a BlackBlueNET to foster cross-border public dialogue, build institutional capacity, and develop coordinated policy recommendations that align national and regional strategies with the Common Maritime Agenda and support a shared sustainable Blue Economy vision.
